Our vibrant and aromatic sparkling Yuzu, built on a foundation of brewed Jasmine Tea.
Song Pomelo peel adds a layer of bitter complexity while Green Kumquat and Perfume Lemon
add bright notes. Mandarin offers a soft, honeyed warmth, while White Guangxi Rock Sugar
provides a delicate, balanced sweetness.

Our floral and bittersweet sparkling Pomelo, built on a foundation of brewed Chrysanthemum Tea.
The honeyed character of Ruby Pomelo is given structure by the clean bitterness of White Pomelo and
rounded with the subtle sweetness of Honey Pomelo. Pomelo Peel adds a final layer of aromatic complexity.
Jujube Honey and Golden Guangxi Rock Sugar provide a rich, deep sweetness, while a distinct touch
of Qinghai Mountain Lake Salt enhances the delicate bittersweet balance.
